I bought a year of Watchmaker Premium on the web and started designing. I hit the Get App button and installed it on my phone. However, the phone version wants me to pay again and won’t let me move forward or back until I pay. Shouldn’t the app on the phone be included in the yearly subscription I paid on the web? How do I get it on my phone without paying again?
I’ve patiently waited for 4 days for what should be a simple answer? How much longer will I be waiting? thank you.
Yes — it should definitely work on mobile if you’ve already paid on the web.
