Watch not found on server

I can upload watches to my Pixel 4 just fine, but when I edit a modifiable face, save that face, and publish it, then when I select the face it simultaneously says “Sent to watch “ and “Watch not found on server”. The face does not appear on my watch. This only happens with faces I have edited.

Can you let me know a bit more about how you’re building/editing the face?

  • Are you editing it in WatchMaker Studio on desktop or mobile?

  • Is it a classic .watch face or a WFF face?

  • Does it happen with every edited face or only specific ones?

That should help narrow down what’s going on.
