What are these for? How are they used? Are they something like App Shortcut - where the user can select an app from the list on the watch? I can’t get them to do anything. I have a Pixel Watch 4.
They are for use with the Android Tasker application. Do you have an Android phone, and are you familiar with the powerful Tasker application?
Having said that, I have not been able to get the Tasker slots to work yet either.
For Android Enthusiasts, Tasker is one of the top applications on their list. You can do so much with Tasker. All of that Lunar Calendar stuff you have been struggling with I do in Tasker, and since it has scripting, I don’t have to tolerate the inaccuracies that a “formula” introduces. In the old days prior to WFF, there was a very good two way communication between Watchmaker and Tasker. You could do things like switch Watchmaker faces automatically with Tasker, and send elaborate commands to your phone via your watchmaker face. Alas, as you know, Google put a stop to that with the new WFF format.
There are active support forums for Tasker on Reddit and Google forums. And there are numerous good instruction videos for Tasker on YouTube. If you like playing with Watchmaker, you probably will enjoy playing with Tasker, once you get the hang of it. Take a look at the Introduction to Tasker videos on YouTube to get a feeling for Tasker.
