when i save my drafts in strudio i can’t see them in my watchmaker app on mobile phone in ‘my designs’. only the published faces are visible. maybe a bug?
I can see them, but when I open them in Watchmaker on my mobile phone, they are no longer visible. I tried to put them back online in Studio, but they no longer appear.
yes same here. i’m wondering why lot of questions here in that forum are never answered …
But the questions will be answered. I think he’s just having trouble with the new watchmaker; it takes time until everything really works.
Let’s just be glad that he’s doing it.

i published 38 faces and in watchmaker app i can only see 27 faces. can anyone check that problem please?
The faces which i don’t see in watchmaker app can’t be viewed in the Overview. Edit Details and View is not working => only black screen in watchmalker studio. Maybe this is a usefull hint for those faces which i can’t see in watchmaker app after publishinhg them.
(that are mostly faces which have been duplicated from my other faces, where i changed the background)
i also can’t delete those faces anymore.

All I can see is that you keep publishing banned branded faces from studio which are removed from in app and studio profile once published, so I assume you mean those. Please refrain from publishing them. Thanks. Below is a link for the doc that lists the rules and banned brands. As for why drafts from Studio don’t show automatically in app my guess is because Studio and the app are seperate entities but @AlexCurran would have to confirm.

OK. How can i delete them in studio now? => Failed to delete watch face.
if i delete inside that watch all elements, i also can’t delete that watch
Could be a bug so @AlexCurran would have to look into it. They aren’t visible to me in app or on your profile for studio either after removal from the app. You could try to edit one but don’t delete all the elements and then save draft. Then try to delete it.

Just to clarify — the editor on desktop and phone are currently different, and we’re actively working to consolidate them so they behave the same across platforms.
Drafts created on desktop should always be visible in the desktop editor. The main exception is when the face contains brands or IP that we’re not allowed to publish, as those are automatically removed from the public app and profile for legal reasons (for example brands like Fallout).
If you’re still seeing drafts disappear on desktop without any branded/IP content, please let us know and we’ll take a closer look as that could be a bug.
