I’m a guy trying to make nice watch faces, and for a simple guy with aphantasia, it’s a lot of making and failing, since I can’t visualize anything in my head beforehand.

My favorite type of watch faces are hybrids and analog faces with sub dials. Sometimes digital faces are made, and with a little bit of luck, they are usable. But I love making watch faces no matter how it turns out.
